Staff Supervision
Rehoboth Elderly Care has a director of patient services (DPS) who supervises all the clinicians, including the caregivers, to ensure we provide the best care to our patients.
Patient care is provided by a Registered Nurse (RN) and other clinical staff.
The nursing supervisor will visit the home to ensure that caregivers follow the care plan created during the assessment and provide training as needed.
